What we're building
Operations and cost control, end to end
Today, GoCrew connects the back office to the field: project budgets by phase, work orders with complete time and material histories, live budget-vs-actual with drill-down to every cost entry, a shared parts catalog with standard costs, multi-branch organization structure, and an append-only audit log — all isolated per organization by row-level security.
The first vertical slice — project budget and actual cost tracking — is live and shipping. The platform grows from there: procurement, contracts and SLAs, and deeper field operations, always in the same integrated system, never as bolt-on modules.

The product only works when the technician on site logs the work. That's why field accounts are free and unlimited on every plan — we never tax the data entry our cost control depends on.
Cost truth in real time
Discovering an overrun at month end is discovering it too late. GoCrew accrues labor and material costs the moment work is logged, so margin problems surface the day they start.
Transparent by default
