Straight answers
- How does the free trial work?
- Creating your organization starts a 14-day trial subscription — no credit card required. You get full access to the plan you pick, and you decide at the end of the trial.
- Do field users cost extra?
- No. Technicians and site supervisors — everyone whose primary job is logging time and materials — are free and unlimited on every plan. Plans are sized by office seats, active projects, and branches.
- What counts as an office seat?
- Users who plan, manage, and report: admins, project managers, finance, and viewers. Each plan includes a fixed number of office seats; field accounts never count against it.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Your current plan and subscription status are visible on the billing page inside the app, and you can move between self-service plans as your organization grows. Business and Enterprise plans are set up with our sales team.
