GoCrew's plans, your free trial, and where to see your subscription.
The plans

Starter and Growth both start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. On the sign-up page, plans that need a conversation with our sales team are shown as Contact sales.

Your trial
Your 14-day trial starts the moment you create your organization. You can use everything in the app during the trial.
The Billing page (Administration → Billing, admins only) shows your plan, your subscription status, and a countdown of the days left in your trial.
Continuing after your trial
Self-serve checkout is not available in the product yet. To move onto a paid plan — or to change plans — contact our sales team, and we will update your subscription.
The Billing page
The Billing page is read-only and shows:
- Plan — the plan your organization is on.
- Status — trialing, active, cancelled, or terminated.
- Trial countdown — days remaining, or a "trial ended" notice.
- Features — what your plan includes.
- Limits — the seat, branch, project, and storage allowances configured for your plan.
Limits are informational today
The limits shown on your plan describe its intended capacity. GoCrew does not currently block you from adding members, branches, or projects when you reach them — nothing stops working mid-trial or mid-subscription. If you expect to outgrow your plan, talk to us about moving to the next tier.
Who can see the Billing page
Only admins can open the Billing page. Other roles are redirected — see Roles & Permissions.
