Cost Summary
Compare budget vs actual across every project in your scope.
The Cost Summary (Work → Cost Summary) is the money view of your whole organization — or at least the part of it you're scoped to. One row per project shows:
- Project — code, name, branch, and status.
- Budget — the project's total budget across all categories.
- Actual — everything accrued so far.
- Variance — budget minus actual.
- % Used — how much of the budget is consumed.
- Over budget — a red badge on projects where any category is at its alert threshold.
Who can see it
Only roles with financial visibility: admin, ops director, branch manager, project manager, and site supervisor. Anyone else who opens the page directly sees: "You do not have permission to view financial summaries."
Branch scoping
If your account is scoped to specific branches or sites, the summary only includes projects in your scope. Org-wide roles see every project.
Paging through projects
The list loads in pages. Use Load more at the bottom to bring in the next batch of projects.
